Waldhausen Arctic Turnout Rug High Neck Light is an unlined turnout rug with a high neck, developed to provide stable protection against rain and wind while reducing pressure over the withers and mane comb. The higher neckline makes this model particularly interesting for horses that easily get chafing at the withers or need a bit more coverage at the front.

The outer material in 600D ripstop polyester provides a durable barrier against weather and everyday wear. The rug is waterproof with a 3,000 mm water column and at the same time breathable, which helps the horse stay dry without trapping unnecessary heat. The antibacterial lining contributes to a fresh and comfortable feeling with regular use.

The double T-front closure helps the rug stay securely in place, while shoulder gussets provide better freedom of movement. Cross surcingles offer extra stability and reflective details along the binding and tail strap improve visibility in low light.

The model is compatible with Waldhausen's Clip-In Rug System, so you can easily add a liner when the temperature drops. This makes the High Neck Light a flexible choice for much of the season.

The Stay-Clean Inlay also makes it easier to try on the rug hygienically. The inlay reduces direct contact with the horse's coat during fitting and can be easily removed afterwards. It is intended only for short-term use during fitting.
