This bit locks and becomes straight in the horse’s mouth when the horse gets strong or leans on it. This prevents the bit from folding and makes it more stable in the mouth. The side pieces have a lift-like effect and provide more leverage through the reins when the horse resists. As soon as the rider softens the hand, the bit returns to its original position and becomes milder and more mobile in the mouth.
