Shipping policy
SHIPPING
We send all our orders with PostNord and a shipping cost of 69 SEK/69 DKK/€ 8 is added to the order.
FREE SHIPPING WITHIN SWEDEN – If you shop for over 1500 SEK (excluding shipping fee), we will send the goods to you free of charge.
DELIVERIES
We pack and send all goods with PostNord and it normally takes 2-7 working days, provided that all products are in stock for immediate delivery. Packages are picked up at the nearest PostNord delivery point and the customer is notified via SMS notification. Packages remain with the agents for 7 days, after which they are sent back to us (Read “Unclaimed Packages”).
OUT OF STOCK WHEN ORDERING – Some items are special order items and are then marked as OUT OF STOCK or AVAILABLE AS SPECIAL ORDER when selecting size.
If any of the items you have ordered are out of stock, we will contact you for a new delivery date.
If you do not approve the new delivery date, you have the right to cancel the order.
UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
Unclaimed goods are returned to us.
For all packages that are not picked up, we reserve the right to charge you for shipping fees, handling fees, and processing fees, currently:
- Sweden: 300 SEK
- Denmark: 300 DKK
- EU: € 40
Shipment ID and tracking number are sent via email when the order has been packed and the shipment has been booked. It is then the customer's responsibility to follow the delivery and check if the package is available for pickup via the Postnord App or via Postnord's website, even if notification from Postnord for some reason does not reach you.
DAMAGED GOODS & COMPLAINTS
If any of the products are damaged or incorrect, you must report it within a reasonable time from when the damage was discovered.
Upon approved complaint, we will reimburse you for the cost of the item and the shipping cost.
If you would like a new item of the same kind, it will be sent to you free of charge.
Complained items must be properly cleaned and dry to be handled.
