GENERAL

We reserve the right to change our terms of purchase and prices without prior notice.
The prices and terms stated at the time of ordering apply to the purchase unless technical issues have occurred. We do not change an order that has been placed; if an order needs to be adjusted, we ask you as a customer to place a new order and then contact us to remove the previously placed order.

The minimum age to shop in our e-commerce is 18 years.

PRICES & PAYMENT

Each item is listed with a price including VAT (25%) in SEK. In the shopping cart, you can see the total price including any fees such as VAT, shipping, and payment.

In the event of promotions and active discount codes, these cannot be combined at purchase.

When payment is completed with combined discounts, your order is adjusted before delivery, and the most favorable discount remains on your order.

Payment terms are specified in the shopping cart depending on the chosen payment method.

Price Guarantee – We match the price!

We want you to always feel confident that you are getting the best price with us. Therefore, we offer a price guarantee! If you find the same item at a lower price at another store or retailer, we will match the price.

This is how it works:

  1. Check the conditions: The price guarantee applies to identical items sold by an authorized retailer in Sweden.

  2. Contact us: Show us proof of the lower price (e.g., an ad or a link).

  3. Price adjustment: We adjust the price immediately, so you can feel secure shopping with us.

Conditions for the price guarantee:

  • The items must be in stock with both us and the competitor.

  • Does not apply to sales, promotions, clearances, certain selected product categories, or special offers.

  • The price guarantee only applies to private purchases, not corporate purchases.

INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES 

When purchasing abroad, you shop in the currency EURO and not in SEK.

SHIPPING

We send all our orders with PostNord and a shipping cost of 69 SEK is added to the order.

FREE SHIPPING – If you shop for over 1499 SEK (excluding shipping fee), we will send the goods free of charge to you. NOTE! Not bulky items such as advent calendars where an additional shipping fee of 119 SEK applies.

Shipment ID and tracking number are sent via email when the order has been packed and the shipping has been booked. It is then the customer's responsibility to follow the delivery and check if the package is available for pickup via the Postnord App or via Postnord's website, even if notification from Postnord for some reason does not reach you.

DELIVERIES

We pack and send all goods with PostNord and it normally takes 2-7 working days, provided that all products are in stock for immediate delivery.
The packages are picked up at the nearest PostNord delivery point and the customer is notified via SMS notification. The packages remain with the agents for 7 days, after which they are returned to us (Read “Unclaimed packages”).

OUT OF STOCK WHEN ORDERING – Some items are special order items and are then marked as OUT OF STOCK or AVAILABLE AS SPECIAL ORDER when choosing a size.
If any of the items you have ordered are out of stock, we will contact you for a new delivery date.
If you do not approve the new delivery date, you have the right to cancel the order.


RETURNS

To make a return, log in to My Pages, you will find the link in your order email. Once logged in, you can choose which items you want to return. As soon as your return is registered, an order for a return shipping label is created for you and sent to your specified email. If you do not have a printer and need a QR code, just contact us by email or phone.

When handling your return, you will be charged a return cost of 69:- which we deduct from the order value when the return has been approved by us. 

Returns are at your own expense unless the item is defective or we have packed incorrectly. Returns should be sent as a letter or package, not cash on delivery. 

For the return of products that are no longer in original condition (e.g., dirt stains, the item has absorbed a scent), the item will be returned to the customer, or alternatively, a reasonable amount will be deducted from the return price. Swedish Equestrian decides how the matter is handled on a case-by-case basis.

Returns are not accepted if the packaging or seal on the item is broken. (Applies to items such as supplements, advent calendars, and underwear)

We will refund what you have paid for the item as soon as possible or no later than 30 days from the day we received the item. 
We always pay the return cost for sending back so-called replacement items.

For all packages that are not picked up, we reserve the right to charge you costs for shipping fees, handling fees, and administration fees, currently 300:-

EXCHANGES

For exchanges, write clear information on a note placed in the package (also fill in the information when registering the return on your pages) about which size/color you wish to exchange for. Your old order will be credited, and a new order will be created with the correct product and emailed to you. You need to approve the new order within 24 hours by clicking the "Complete your purchase" button for it to be registered with us. We pay the new shipping from us to you (69 SEK), which is adjusted when your new order is processed.

If you instead want to exchange for a completely different item, we ask you to place a new order for the desired item as this is considered a new order and is not free of shipping.

OPEN PURCHASE/ EXCHANGE RIGHT

You have 14 days of open purchase or exchange right from the day you received your order.  Returns are not accepted if the packaging or seal on the item is broken. (Applies to items such as supplements, advent calendars, and underwear)


If you want to exchange for another size, you only pay the return shipping but not any new shipping for the exchange (69 SEK).
Exchanging for a completely different item is considered a new order. We recommend instead that you place a new order for quick delivery.

For an approved return, the product you exchange must be in original condition (not used/ridden with) with the original packaging and all possible tags and manuals must be included.

The item must also not have absorbed any scent from the horse/stable and must smell unused upon return/exchange.


UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

Unclaimed items are returned to us.

For all packages that are not picked up, we reserve the right to charge you costs for shipping fees, handling fees, and administration fees, currently 300kr.

DAMAGED GOODS & COMPLAINTS

If any of the products are damaged or incorrect, you must complain about it within a reasonable time from when the damage was discovered.
Upon approved complaint, we will reimburse you for the cost of the item and the shipping cost.
If you instead want a new item of the same kind, it will be sent to you free of charge.
Complained items must be properly cleaned and dry to be handled.

DISPUTE

We always try to resolve any issues together with you as a customer in the first instance.
If this cannot be carried out and a dispute arises, we refer to the National Board for Consumer Disputes.


PERSONAL DATA – GDPR

When you place your order with us, you provide your personal data. In connection with your registration and order, you agree that we store and use your information in our business to fulfill the agreement with you. The basis for saving your information is through consent. We never sell personal data to third parties. However, we may share your information with companies that are experts in their field and help us operate the website and our business and serve you. The following information such as name and contact details (address, personal number, phone number, email) is saved so that you as a customer can: 

  • Receive offers and participate in promotions via email newsletters. 
  • Receive invitations to our customer events.
  • Be able to retrieve receipt copies for e.g., complaints & insurance matters.
  • Access your own purchase history within the company. 

Of course, you as a customer can always leave our register and you will then no longer receive mailings from us. You also have the right under the new personal data law (General Data Protection Regulation) to have the information we have registered about you deleted, collected, and adjusted. Our company is obliged to correct information that is incorrect, incomplete, or misleading, so please notify us of any changes.

HOW WE HANDLE & RESPECT YOUR RIGHTS:

We always strive to clearly show how we use and handle all your data as a customer with us. 

Right to be informed.

You always have the right to request a copy of the information we have about you. Note, however, that there are certain exceptions to this right in accordance with other laws.

Right to correct.

Right to be “erased”.

Under certain circumstances, you can of course request that the information we hold about you be deleted from our records. (In accordance with legal rights, certain information cannot be deleted, you will of course be informed of this in such cases.)

Right to withdraw consent.

If you have given Swedish Equestrian AB your consent to process your personal data, you can withdraw this at any time. For example, you can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the end of each email newsletter.
