Chondrogen 100PRO is a feed supplement developed by veterinarians. It is a completely withdrawal-free product.
Chondrogen 100PRO is recommended for training and older horses to promote optimal joint function and contains high molecular weight hyaluronic acid together with chondroitin sulfate and glucosamine sulfate. These three components are naturally present in cartilage and act synergistically to ensure the joint functions normally.
The natural occurrence of glucosamine and chondroitin sulfate decreases with age and when the horse's joints are subjected to strain.
Hyaluronic acid is naturally present in the joint where it has the following functions:
- Lubricating function of articular cartilage and joint capsule
- Shock absorption for all joint structures under load
- Transport of nutrients and waste products
Dosage: Initially, give 1 scoop twice daily per 500 kg body weight for one week. Thereafter, give 1 scoop once daily per 500 kg body weight for one week or longer. When the desired effect has been achieved, give 1 scoop every other day per 500 kg body weight as a maintenance dose. The powder should be given with feed. Powder with molasses flavor for easy administration.

- Chondroitin sulfate (5000 mg)
- Hyaluronic acid (100 mg)
- Manganese sulfate (20 mg)
