Stierna Stella 2.0 Winter Coat Navy is a technical and warming riding coat developed for riders who want maximum weather protection, comfort, and freedom of movement during winter. The long model combines water- and windproof EquTex™ material with a 20,000 mm water column and a light, warming 3M™ Thinsulate™ ECO padding. With taped seams, high breathability, smart riding-adapted details, and 360° reflective details, Stella 2.0 is an excellent choice for cold winter days in the saddle and stable.

EquTex™ – advanced protection against rain, snow & wind

Stella 2.0 is made from Stierna's technical EquTex™ material, a 2-layer fabric in recycled polyester with a water- and windproof membrane that also has very good breathability.

With a water column of 20,000 mm and breathability of 20,000 g/m²/24 h, the coat provides effective protection against rain, snow, and wind while moisture and excess heat can be transported away.

All seams are taped to prevent water from penetrating through the seams. The outer fabric is also treated with BIONIC-FINISH®, a fluorocarbon-free water-repellent DWR treatment.

3M™ Thinsulate™ ECO – light & warming

The winter coat is insulated with 80/100 grams 3M™ Thinsulate™ ECO Classic, a lightweight padding made from recycled polyester.

The down-free insulation helps keep the body warm without making the coat unnecessarily heavy or bulky. This makes Stella 2.0 especially suitable for active winter days when you need to combine warmth with freedom of movement.

Developed for riding

Stella 2.0 has several well-thought-out details that make the coat especially comfortable in the saddle.

The pre-shaped sleeves follow the natural position of the arms and provide good freedom of movement when holding the reins.

At the back, there are two slits with YKK zippers that can be opened to create extra space over the saddle. The asymmetrically shaped hem is also adapted for riding.

The continuous 2-way zipper from YKK® makes it easy to open the coat from below for additional freedom of movement.

Detachable saddle protection & elastic leg straps

A particularly practical detail is the detachable front part that helps protect the saddle from rain.

The coat also has elastic leg straps that help keep the long lower part in place when you ride, even on windy days.

360° visibility with 3M™ Scotchlite™

Stella 2.0 is equipped with 3M™ Scotchlite™ reflectors, reflective piping, and logo print that help make the rider more visible from different angles when the material is hit by light.

Detachable hood & adjustable fit

The high collar has a chin guard for extra comfort and protection against cold wind.

The hood is detachable and adjustable both at the front and at the neck. It is attached with snap buttons for safety.

The cuffs are asymmetrically shaped and can be adjusted with Velcro. Soft inner cuffs in Lycra help keep out cold and wind.

Practical pockets

Stella 2.0 offers plenty of storage options with two large chest pockets and two large hand pockets, all with YKK zippers.

On the inside, there is also a practical pocket with a zipper and opening for headphones.
