Shipping policy

 

SHIPPING

We ship all our orders with PostNord and a shipping fee of 69 SEK/69 DKK/€ 8/39 zł will be added to your order.

FREE SHIPPING WITHIN SWEDEN – If you shop for more than 1500 SEK (excluding shipping fee), we will send your goods free of charge.

DELIVERIES

We pack and ship all goods with PostNord and it normally takes 2-7 working days, provided that all products are in stock for immediate delivery. Packages are collected at the nearest PostNord service point and the customer is notified via SMS notification. The packages remain at the agent for 7 days, after which they are returned to us (See “Uncollected packages”).

NOT IN STOCK WHEN ORDERING – Some items are special order items and are marked as NOT IN STOCK or AVAILABLE AS SPECIAL ORDER when selecting size.

If any of the items you have ordered are out of stock, we will contact you with a new delivery date.
If you do not accept the new delivery date, you have the right to cancel the order.

UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES

Uncollected goods are returned to us.

For all packages that are not collected, we reserve the right to charge you for shipping fees, administration fee, and handling fee, currently:

  • Sweden: 300 SEK
  • Denmark: 300 DKK
  • EU: € 40
  • Poland: 170 zł

Shipment ID and tracking number will be sent by email when the order has been packed and shipping has been booked. It is then the customer's responsibility to track the delivery and check if the package is available for collection via the Postnord App or Postnord's website, even if the notification from Postnord for some reason does not reach you. 

DAMAGED GOODS & CLAIMS

If any of the products are damaged or incorrect, you must make a claim within a reasonable time from when the damage was discovered.
If the claim is approved, we will reimburse you for the cost of the item and the shipping fee.
If you prefer a new item of the same kind, it will be sent to you free of charge.
Claimed goods must be thoroughly cleaned and dry to be handled.
