Change the gullet width using gullet plates in different sizes.

A convenient way to keep the same saddle even if the horse changes body shape, for example if you have a young pony that is growing. Replace the gullet plate instead of changing the entire saddle.

It is important to check that the saddle still fits well in other respects.
